From Corporate Life to Coaching
I was born in Poland and have lived in Amsterdam since 2014.
Before becoming a coach, I worked for 15 years in large
international organisations, serving high profile clients from the Fortune 100. Specialising in Program & Project Management and Customer Experience led me to develop a passion for cultural diversity and women in leadership.
My key strength is curating the right talent and building effective and diverse teams.
Today, I use my corporate and life experience to guide people like you to reach their full potential, be more successful in your professional and personal life, and create a massive positive impact in the world.

Courage Comes with its Rewards.
My fascination with cultural diversity goes back to my childhood in Poland during communist times. Diversity and opportunity were slim, no one went against the grain. Raised Catholic, I was always encouraged to be a “good girl” and “not cause trouble”.
My lively energy and alternative perspective on life led me to rebel and seek independence. I developed an interest in maths and sport thanks to my dad, and in the late 90s my dream came true: I saw Michael Jordan play basketball live. Living in the US felt as if the universe was rewarding me for my effort and courage to see my goals through.
I’ll never forget that feeling. A true feeling of achievement.
Living the rewards of my hard work. Success.
With a Master’s Degree in Insurance Statistics, I returned to Poland, interning with an American corporation. During my early career, I developed a core specialty in Program Management. I quickly progressed to a management role, frequently traveling around the world for work. After many years at this rhythm, I hit burn-out.
Fortunately, I was presented with an opportunity in Amsterdam.
A Life-Changing Experience
I then did the second most courageous thing in my life at that time: I moved to the Netherlands. For over 5 years, I built a successful International Program Management Office.
When the world shut down in March 2020, my partner and I left on a sailing trip around the Mediterranean, and I was able to rest and reset, enjoy life to its fullest, and have time to think.
This time to reflect led me to where I am today: An Executive & Leadership Coach & Mentor, where I can have the most impact and lead the life that I want. It’s been a rollercoaster of ride, paired with some important life changing experiences. But worth every minute.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years working in large, international organisations. I specialised in Program and Project Management and Customer Experience, serving high profile clients from the Fortune 100. Passionate about cultural diversity and women in leadership, my biggest strength is curating the right talent and building effective and diverse teams. I’m originally from Poland and have been living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands for the past 6 years.
Today, I use my corporate and life experience to coach people like you to achieve their fullest potential and connect with their true selves. Ultimately this helps you accelerate success in both your professional and personal life.
I want my clients to live extraordinary lives by dreaming big and daring to reach for the stars.

My fascination with cultural differences stems back to being born in Poland during communist times. There was very little diversity or opportunity to be exposed to anything other than the ‘norm’. Raised as a Catholic, I was consistently encouraged to be a “good girl” and “do not cause any trouble”.
My lively energy and different perspective on life ensured that was not the case – God bless my parents for understanding. My dad is a basketball lover and extreme intellectual; over the years we bonded over maths and NBA.
In the late 90s I dreamed of going to the USA and seeing my hero, Michael Jordan, play live, but how could I make this dream a reality? This was the first time I really pushed myself “out of my comfort zone”.
Finding an opportunity through a student program I became an Au Pair the suburbs of Washington DC for a year. And did the risk pay off?
You bet – it was MJs last season in the NBA, and I was going to be in the right place at the right time!
Over the course of 2002, I had the time of my life, learning, maturing AND turning 21 whilst watching my first NBA game live. But that wasn’t the most exciting moment courtside. During one game, my friend and I were chosen to take part in a contest on the court – it was BEYOND my dreams. It felt as if the universe was rewarding for my efforts and courage to follow my dreams to even be in the USA at the time. I’ll never forget that feeling.
A feeling of achievement. Reward. Success.
The ultimate proof or, what others call “the secret”.

After two years in the US, my first love and a Master’s Degree in Insurance Statistics, I eventually moved back to Poland. Sticking with my new American roots I started working at a large US corporate in a supply chain internship. Despite only earning 100EUR/month at the beginning, for me, it was worth it.
During those first 9 years of my career, I developed my core specialty in Program Management. I progressed to a busy management role working with Romania and travelling back and forth. It was exhausting and at this time, I was on the way to burn out. After realising I was burnt out, despite it not being a ‘thing’ in Poland at the time, I found myself a new job, or perhaps the job found me.
It was in Amsterdam, a brand new ‘out of my comfort zone’ opportunity was presenting itself to me!
But I loved my life in Poland. I lived near the sea, I had family nearby and plenty of friends – it was only my job that caused me issues.
I considered the situation; I had lost a relationship due to the hectic nature of my role, I was tired all the time and my work really was overshadowing my personal life. There was no balance whatsoever. So, I thought ‘why not give it a try?’
So, I did the second most spectacular and courageous thing in my life, I packed up two cars and moved to the Netherlands all by myself. Fortunately, although my new job was a step down from my previous role, it gave me the chance to get used to another new culture, language and country. After 5 years at the company, I was emotionally invested in my work.
Having built a successful International Project Management Office I felt very protective and this led to a lot of frustrations during my last year in this role. It was time for a change.
Following the completion of my Co-Active coaching course and finally having the courage the leave my job, my partner and I decided it was time for an adventure.

Ahead of the world shutting down with the pandemic in 2020, we headed off on sailing trip around the Mediterranean. During the trip, I rested, enjoyed life to the fullest and had plenty of time to think.
When your sailing passage takes 15 hours and you have no-where to go, you finally have time to listen to yourself.
It’s this experience that led me to where I am today, a Life and Career Coach.
It’s been a rollercoaster of ride, paired with some important life changing experiences.
